As part of my PyCon duties I am giving a sprint intro talk and acting as MC for a panel of sprint coaches. The intro talk will probably be pretty short as sprints are not a complicated thing.
The thing that I am currently trying to do is pull together seed questions for the panel in case the audience takes a little while to come up with some questions. So far I have:
- How have sprints helped your project?
- What do you get out of sprinting, both as a coach and a participant?
- Has anyone used sprinting in a corporate environment?
