Go to Google Code Search and search for your name in quotes (e.g., "brett cannon"). Since text files are also indexed it means your name can pop up in random places thanks to people thanking you for code you contributed. Was rather cool to find a few places that were using Python Cookbook contributions (almost all strptime) of mine. Always nice to realize that some code you have written has helped someone out.
